Resolves YES if PepsiCo Inc. and Celsius Holdings Inc. jointly announce an extension, renewal, or amendment of their existing 2022 long-term distribution agreement on or before 2026-12-31 11:59pm PT. The agreement passing through its term without public statement also resolves NO.
