Resolution

Resolves YES if any of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, E. & J. Gallo Winery, or Constellation Brands Inc. publicly announces (a) the acquisition of a brand whose primary product is a non-alcoholic functional beverage (adaptogen, prebiotic, nootropic, mood, energy, electrolyte, or similar functional benefit claim), or (b) the launch of an own-label functional beverage brand meeting the same definition, on or before 2026-12-31 11:59pm PT. Functional definition excludes still or sparkling water without functional claims, and excludes the importer or distributor merely adding a third-party functional brand to its distribution portfolio.
