Resolution

Resolves YES if Ghia (Ghia Inc., maker of the eponymous non-alcoholic aperitif) closes a financing round labeled Series B by the company or its lead investor on or before 2026-09-30 11:59pm PT. Any round size qualifies. Sources accepted: company press release, lead investor announcement, Form D on SEC EDGAR, Crunchbase entry citing a public source, or PitchBook entry. Bridge rounds, extensions of a prior Series A, SAFE / convertible-only raises, and rounds explicitly labeled as anything other than Series B do not count.
