Will Liquid Death launch a non-water beverage in 2026?

Resolution

Resolves YES if Liquid Death Mountain Water Inc. publicly announces and begins selling at retail (DTC or any third-party retailer) a beverage product whose primary base ingredient is not water on or before 2026-12-31 11:59pm PT. Eligible categories include juice, soda, RTD tea or coffee, energy drink, alcohol, kombucha, dairy or non-dairy milk, and protein drinks. Flavored sparkling water (Severed Lime, Berry It Alive, etc.) does NOT count, even if marketed as a new SKU. Iced tea launched in 2024 already qualifies the brand for the broader category, but for this market the product must be a NEW launch announced after 2026-01-01.
