Will Olipop be acquired by a strategic before EOY 2026?

Resolution

Resolves YES if Olipop announces an acquisition by a CPG / beverage strategic (any of: PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Keurig Dr Pepper, Nestle, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Molson Coors, Constellation, Diageo, Kraft Heinz, Mondelez, Unilever, P&G, or any company whose primary business is the manufacture and distribution of consumer packaged goods) on or before 2026-12-31 11:59pm PT. The announcement must come from one of: the acquirer's press release, the target's press release, an 8-K filing on SEC EDGAR, or a Bloomberg / WSJ / Reuters / BevNET / Modern Retail report citing named sources. Resolves NO if the acquirer is a private-equity firm, venture fund, or other purely financial sponsor (i.e. no strategic operator).
