Resolution

Resolves YES if Recess Inc. (a) publicly announces a wind-down, bankruptcy filing, or sale of substantially all assets, or (b) publicly announces it has discontinued every SKU in its sparkling-water line and shifted its primary product to a non-sparkling-water category, on or before 2026-12-31 11:59pm PT. Sources: founder or company statement, BevNET / Modern Retail / Bloomberg coverage, or court bankruptcy filings (PACER). Pulling a single flavor or temporarily going DTC-only does not count.
