Resolves YES if the combined linear shelf facings of Olipop, Poppi, and Culture Pop across the average US Whole Foods Market store decrease by 25% or more between a 2025-12-15 baseline and any single date between 2026-06-01 and 2026-12-31. Sources, in priority order: Circana or SPINS retailer-tracked facings report (admin verifies privately), Whole Foods category review disclosure to suppliers (admin verifies privately), or coordinated reporting from BevNET / Modern Retail / Bloomberg citing named sources at Whole Foods or two of the three brands. Single-store delistings, regional resets, or temporary out-of-stocks do not count.
